Days Gone Remastered hosts a new update, here is what changes


Bend Studio continues to update Days Gone Remastered with a new patch, which brings a series of fixes intended to improve the players’ experience. Here is everything you need to know.

Returned under the spotlight last month, Days Gone Today is part of the long list of PlayStation Studios productions to have passed through the Remaster box. Indeed, although the success of the game has regularly debated since its release in 2019, the title of Bend Studio still undeniably found its audience, which was therefore not asked to go back in the saddle thanks to this Days Gone Remastered. And the studio, meanwhile, multiplies updates to guarantee them the best possible experience.

A new patch for Days Gone Remastered

After receiving a first Post-launch patch Last week, Days Gone Remastered hosted a new update on May 21, which brings the game into its version 1.025.209. The opportunity then, for Bend Studio, to bring a series of additional fixes, whether on PS5 as on PS5 Pro. Here is the Patch Full Note:

  • Adjustment of the balanced mode on PS5 and PS5 Pro in order to better reflect the expected performance.
  • General PSSR improvements on PS5 Pro.

Audio

  • Audio adjustment in order to better reflect the volume of freakers when they are near the player.

Handcuffs

  • The intensity cursors of adaptive triggers now work as planned in the Days Gone Remastered menu.
  • The intensity of the resistance when using the motorcycle has been reduced.

Others

  • Location updates.
  • Improvements of the user interface in Horde Assaut mode.
  • Correction of the repetition of the narration with the accessibility parameter “narration of the user interface”.
  • Correction of the variation in the appearance of freakers in the open world.
  • Fixed an animation conflict that could lead Deacon to set off in the air over long distances.

This therefore continues to perfect the experience offered by Days Gone Remastered, available exclusively on PS5. As a reminder, the title is currently sold at a price of € 49.99. On the other hand, there is no upgrade for owners of the PS4 version of the game.
