First of all, as its name suggests, “Highlands Fishing” will mark the introduction of a new map inspired by the landscapes of Scotland in Farming Simulator 25: Kinlaig. New environments such as rocky valleys, authentic stone castles or long open -air stretches strewn with thick grass will thus appear. “It is a place where you can build farms, raise cattle and now fish fish on the water” Indicates in particular Giants Software.
Because yes, this is the other major novelty of this extension: the introduction of aquaculture. From now on, Farming players Simulator 25 will indeed be able to raise and harvest fish such as salmon or trout, using land tanks and sea boats. But “Highlands Fishing” will not be limited to fishing either. It will also introduce in Farming Simulator 25 a new type of culture with onions, as well as a new type of animal with Highlands cattle. As for the equipment, it will then be enriched by more than 20 new machines, coming for some new manufacturers such as Monosem, Can-Am, Agri-Spread or GT Bunning. “Whether you are launching nets or planting onions, this extension deepens agricultural experience in new exciting directions” assure Giants Software.
