Inzoi’s new DLC is revealed a little more, with many new features on the gameplay side. And good news: the whole will be free. Here’s what we know.
Fans of InZOI can rejoice. The very first DLC Life simulation game signed Krafton arrives very soon. His name? Cahaya. A new tropical world that promises a real bowl of fresh air … and an unprecedented way to play. The complete trailer will be revealed the August 19during the opening evening of the Gamescom 2025.

The new Cahaya environment for Inzoi is inspired by the Southeast Asia Islands, with their coastal villages, their markets, and their calm life. The world is divided into two very distinct islands. One is reserved for residents. The other, to vacationers. Each offers an atmosphere and specific activities.
On the residential island, no offices or skyscrapers. Here, we cultivate the land or fish to earn a living. The Zois will be able to sell their production on a small local market. A simple and immersive way to live differently in Inzoi. There will also be no schools, which raises some questions about the daily lives of the youngest. But that suggests a freer approach, more open to improvisation.
A relaxing atmosphere, far from the stress of major cities
Cahaya is not intended to reproduce the urban world. On the contrary. This Inzoi DLC is designed as a parenthesis. A place where we forget the stress, promotions and objectives to be fulfilled. Here, we take our time. We fish, we garden, we explore. A real break in the usual rhythm of the game.
Krafton confirms it: conventional professions will not be developed in this update. On the other hand, emotions and social interactions will be improved. The team based on a survey sent to players to adjust the behavior of the Zois. Result: more natural reactions, more living relationships.
New activities, new freedoms

This choice of design also leaves more room for exploration and improvisation. Nothing presses you. You can take the time to plant, fish, sell some vegetables … or just walk by the water. A real breath of fresh air.
Difficult not to think of Sulani, the tropical world well known to players of Sims 4. However, the two approaches are quite different. Sulani fell on ecology and the community. Cahaya, he puts more on simple life, nature and holidays. And visually, the inspirations are quite different: here, it is Indonesia which serves as a model, not the Pacific archipelagos.
