While subscribers to PS Plus are currently preparing to receive a new burst of free games, among which there is an unsuspected nugget, subscribers to the Xbox Game Passthey are preparing to say goodbye to a certain number of games. Because the Microsoft service may be enriched every month with highly anticipated new features, it is unfortunately inevitable for certain titles to sometimes leave the catalog. And if we don’t know the next arrivals for the moment, we already know the next releases.
These games will soon leave Xbox Game Pass
Because yes, the Redmond firm has perhaps not yet revealed the next games coming to Xbox Game Pass for the month of January 2026, but it has already announced the list of those set to leave the service on January 15. Well, more or less. Because we may not have yet had a proper announcement at the moment, but we did have confirmation via the Xbox application, which recently highlighted the list of upcoming releases from the catalog. Here are all the games concerned:
- Neon White
- Road 96
- Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn
- The Grinch: Christmas Adventures – Merry and Mischievous Edition
- The Ascent
Note that you have until January 15 to try any or all of these games via Xbox Game Pass, after which it will be too late. Let us also point out that all these titles currently have an exceptional reduction, ranging from -20% for Neon White, Road 96 and The Ascent to -50% for The Grinch and -75% for Flintlock. If by chance you don’t have enough time to complete them before they leave service, you have until January 15 to get them at a reduced price and complete them with complete peace of mind.
Two titles already confirmed for January 2026
It now remains to discover what the next arrivals of the Xbox Game Pass will be which, in theory, should now not take too long to be announced. That said, we already know that the month of January will notably be marked by metroidvania with MIO: Memories in Orbit, whose release is scheduled for January 20, as well as city-building with Nova Roma, whose early access launch is expected on January 22.
