Shortly before its release, Team Ninja will offer the most impatient players the opportunity to try Nioh 3 a little early through a new PS5 demo. Here’s when it will arrive.
For PS5 players, the year is starting off rather slowly at the moment. Indeed, apart from the latest arrivals of the PS Plusthe news remains relatively calm for the Japanese firm, which is nevertheless preparing for the release of some beautiful cartridges in the coming months. Because from SAROS to Marvel’s Wolverine, via Marathon, PlayStation Studios will have plenty to keep us busy. But before that, Team Ninja is meeting us in February for a new PS5 and PC exclusive, of which a demo is approaching.
A demo is coming to PS5 for Nioh 3
Yes, after Rise of the Ronin two years ago now, the developers of the recent Ninja Gaiden 4 have once again teamed up with PlayStation for the release of Nioh 3which will therefore see the light of day almost six years after the release of Nioh 2. Something to delight fans of the action-RPG, who won’t even have to wait until the game’s release to be able to try it. Because if Nioh 3 is not expected before February 6, 2026, Team Ninja has still announced that a new demo will be offered to PS5 players from January 29.
If the content of this has not really been explained by the studio, the latter has nevertheless confirmed that player data can be kept in the final version on the day of its release. We can therefore probably expect a segment taking place in the first hours of Nioh 3. At the same time, Team Ninja also specified that the demo will include a multiplayer mode, which will allow anyone who wishes to embark on the adventure as a duo or trio to take on the different challenges that will be part of the game.
And if this demo proves conclusive for you, don’t forget that exclusive bonuses will be offered to you for any Nioh 3 pre-order before February 6. This then includes three additional sets of armor, including the “Youngblood Armor” of the hero of the first part, and the “Lone Wolf’s Armor” of the protagonist of Nioh 2.
