Elden Ring: first images of the film have leaked, fans are in heaven

Very discreet since its announcement last year, the film Elden Ring has been the subject of first leaks which could both delight and reassure fans.

In May 2025, Bandai Namco officially announced thatElden Ringthe great masterpiece of 2022 from FromSoftware, would follow the trend of recent years and be entitled to its own adaptation a film. This ambitious project is being done in partnership with A24, a company now famous for its innovative and “indie” approach for the good of the 7th art. At the helm of this adaptation, we also have another well-known name: Alex Garland, who has already directed 28 days later, Ex Machina and Civil War. A very nice pedigree on paper, and if these first leaks from filming are verified, the final result could be just as convincing.

The Elden Ring Inter-Terres invites itself into reality

While waiting for the first official visuals of the film adaptation of Elden Ring in preparation by A24 and Alex Garland, the content creator Throxtv would have discovered a film set, what’s more in a place particularly famous for such use. If it is indeed a structure used for the upcoming film, we have in any case been able to observe a scrupulous fidelity with the original material, as it is directly recognizable to any Without-Shard who tried to seek the title of Lord of Elden.

Although he did not specify where the set he discovered was located, Throxtv filmed several videos presenting what is clearly a reference to an emblematic location in Elden Ring: the Churches of Marikawhere you can find consumables allowing you to improve your flask. Accused of having used AI to offer content deemed “fake”, the streamer shared another video showing the set covered by a tarpaulin with two people monitoring the perimeter to ward off any incongruous spectators.

In the video, we can see blocks bearing the company logo Hedgehog Constructionwhich can let us become the geographical location of the place where this replica of a ruin of the Church of Marika of Elden Ring would be located. The company is in fact close to Grand Parc Windsoran emblematic location for the filming of films and series, which has already hosted works such as Pirates of the Caribbean or Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Prime Video. However, it remains to be confirmed whether this is indeed a set from the film Elden Ring, or a simple promotional initiative on the part of Bandai Namco and FromSoftware.
