While waiting for the rest of the April 2026 program at Prime Gaming, two excellent games from cult licenses have already been available for a few days.
Prime Gaming recently announced the list of games offered to its subscribers throughout the month of April 2026 with some great additions to the program. But it is probably those who initiated the movement that we will remember the most as they are flagship titles in their category. Even if they are still available for a while, it is therefore appropriate to present in more detail the two titles currently available on Amazon’s gaming service.
Total War Pharaoh Dynasties conquiert Prime Gaming
We’re starting strong with one of the latest games from the famous Creative Assembly studio, to which we owe the iconic Total War game series, with SEGA publishing. While we feverishly wait to see what his vision of total war will bring in the universe of Warhammer 40,000 or Medieval 3 for history buffs, Prime Gaming allows its subscribers until May 6 to recover the latest historic game from the British studio for free: Total War Pharaoh Dynastiesreleased in 2024.
As its name suggests, this title currently available on Prime Gaming via an Epic Games Store code allows you to wage all-out war across the ancient world, from the Aegean Sea to Mesopotamia and to cross the collapse of the Bronze Age, building your dynasty and your family tree and leading your favorite faction to victory thanks to new cultures, units and combat mechanics compared to the original game.
XCOM Enemy Unknown available in a Complete Pack
In addition to Total War Pharaoh Dynasties, it is the cult XCOM license which is invading Prime Gaming at the start of April 2026 as a free game for its subscribers. While waiting for a Zero Company which presents itself as a worthy successor to Star Wars, the legendary franchise of tactical games which will have marked an entire generation and inspired numerous games, is now arriving on Amazon’s subscription gaming service with Enemy Unknowndeveloped by Firaxis, published by 2K and released in 2014 in one version Complete Packwhich therefore includes the base game and its numerous additional content for a complete experience, available until July 1, 2026.
So now is the time to give it a try if you haven’t yet touched the series. XCOM is a turn-based tactical game series where you control units confronting alien forces trying to invade the world by taking advantage of the latest technologies, including those of the enemy, to improve your troops and their equipment. It’s one of the most successful and beloved franchises in its genre, and you can get it for free on Prime Gaming with a GOG code.
