Disney Dreamlight Valley is today receiving a huge free update two months after the previous one of the same scope, with a very nice surprise as a bonus.
It’s been almost two months since the last update of Disney Dreamlight Valley in connection with Lady and the Tramp, and today “Whispers of the Wind” arrives, a free update which offers a lot of new content for fans, in addition to obviously bringing many fixes to refine the experience.
New whispers blow through Disney Dreamlight Valley
The main novelty of the “Whispers of the Wind” update is undoubtedly the arrival of Pocahontas in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Unlike previous updates which introduced two characters. Another interesting change: the way of meeting her. Instead of unlocking a new kingdom, players will have to travel to a new location to find Pocahontas. This also means that you don’t need to spend Dreamlight to unlock it, which simplifies things and makes it more accessible in a fun way.
As with other characters, Disney Dreamlight Valley players will need to complete a quest (or likely several) to unlock Pocahontas as a permanent resident of the valley. Once unlocked, you will be able to develop your friendship with her and complete her friendship quests.
With Pocahontas, Disney Dreamlight Valley’s huge free Whispers of the Wind update introduces two new companions: Meeko et Percy. In addition, a new building appears: the Olaf’s Great Exhibition. Functioning as a museum, it allows players to display the items they have collected during their adventures in the Valley.
Finally, a new Path of the Stars, entitled The Elements of Nature, also offers new missions and rewards. Speaking of the Path of the Stars, it also receives a new feature in this Disney Dreamlight Valley update: the vault. This new feature allows you to earn a selection of rewards from the latest Paths of the Stars by completing your daily tasks. These items will also be available with the new releases, allowing you to progress and obtain more rewards with each step you complete.
