It’s been a while since PS Plus Premium members have been able to take advantage of one of their exclusive benefits. Two games to try for free are now available.
In addition to the ability to stream games via the cloud directly from their PS Portal, classics added to the catalog each month, and access to Sony Pictures, members of the PS Plus Premium have one last interesting benefit: free trials. These demos, longer and more generous than usual, generally allow you to discover the games properly before possibly going to checkout. PlayStation has, however, slowed down this initiative in recent months, but two excellent games can now be tested for free thanks to PS Plus Premium.
Deathless: The Hero Quest to test for free via PS Plus Premium
Very positive player ratings (4.5/5 on Steam), a most attractive artistic direction and gameplay that can quickly be addictive; Deathless. The Hero Quest is therefore offered as a free 3-hour trial via PS Plus Premium. In this roguelike mixed with deckbuilding and turn-based strategy, which shamelessly draws on the DNA of Slay the Spire to better tinge it with Slavic folklore, you take control of four heroes with distinct styles, with the aim of chaining runs in a fantasy world while refining your deck. An excellent pick, therefore, to test for free with the PS Plus Premium.
Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark, for FF Tactics fans
For this second PS Plus Premium free trial in April 2026, PlayStation is banking on a turn-based tactical RPG whose inspirations from Final Fantasy Tactics are immediately obvious. You play Kyrie, an Arbiter responsible for maintaining order in a fantasy world tinged with steampunk and facing growing corruption. Class system (more than 30 in total), fairly extensive character customization, specializations that enrich the gameplay and demanding combat in isometric terrain, Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark clearly knew how to find its audience when it was released in 2019. Seven years later, the game is therefore offered a 4-hour free trial via PS Plus Premium.
