Days Gone Remastered offers a new big update, what’s new?

Two weeks after its first update, Days Gone Remastered is hosting a new patch including an additional graphic mode and a series of fixes.

In the absence of a Days Gone 2 Yet very demanded by the players for years, Bend Studio recently offered us the opportunity to plunge back into the adventures of Deacon St John through a remaster. Like The Last of Us Part II Before him, Days Gonewhich initially released in 2019, was indeed entitled to its own facelift on PS5, accompanied by some unpublished content for the occasion. And after deploying a premier patch Two weeks ago, the studio returns today with a new update rich in corrective.

A new graphic mode for Days Gone Remastered

First notable addition of this version 1.025,717, a new graphic mode appears in Days Gone Remastered : “balanced” mode. By activating it, PS5 players can take advantage of the adventure in 1800p and 40 FPS, while PS5 Pro players pass in 2160p, still in 40 FPS. And for the latter, it can even go up to 4K thanks to the PSSR. Be careful however, Bend Studio specifies that this option will only appear if you have a TV supporting the 120 Hz.

In the same way, the developers confirm that the VRR is now supported, always provided that you have an adapted TV. On the other hand, note that its activation should not go through an option present in the menus of Days Gone Remastered, but in those of the settings of your console. Finally, to end the graphic part of the patch, the studio indicates that adjustments have been made to the performance mode, while a display bug linked to the closure of the map has been corrected.
