Because even the biggest criminals like to celebrate the holidays, GTA 5 and GTA Online players can grab a lot of free content right now.
You might have to wait a lot longer than expected before you can get your hands on GTA 6 but fortunately, GTA 5 is still far from having said its last word. Indeed, if the title with more than 220 million copies sold has become the phenomenon that it is today, it is also and above all thanks to GTA Online which, for more than twelve years now, has been regularly supplied with new content by Rockstar Games. And this holiday season, we can say that the studio knows how to spoil its community.
GTA 5 gives many gifts to GTA Online players
As proof, GTA Online players can collect a certain number of gifts today, starting with two new exceptional super sports cars allowing them to circulate as they should on the streets of Los Santos: the Progen Luiva and the Vapid FMJ MK V. Both can be found now at Legendary Motorsport, or in the Luxury Autos window of GTA Online. Knowing that, for GTA+ subscribers, the two vehicles can then be collected free of charge until January 7 at the Vinewood Car Club.
For players who have completed the three “New Market” missions before December 7, a GTA$2 million discount (3 million for GTA+ subscribers) on all Prix Luxury Real Estate properties is also available, accompanied by a black Rockstar crewneck top. Be careful though, you only have until January 7 to take advantage of it. A deadline which also applies to all clothing and other special GTA Online holiday items offered since December 23.
End of year holiday sweater, New Year’s jumpsuit, snowball launcher, candy cane, pyrotechnic launcher with 20 fireworks… The gifts are relatively numerous. Knowing that, for everyone subscribed to the Rockstar Propaganda mailing list, a red Christmas tree hat can also be collected in GTA Online until December 31. Finally, GTA obliges, know that a certain number of reductions on snacks, protections and ammunition are also offered to you at the moment.
More game modes for more GTA$
Of course, the surprises don’t stop there. To celebrate these end-of-year holidays properly, Rockstar also announced the return of old modes very popular with GTA Online players, such as Yeti Hunt, Snowball Battles, Gooch and the Weazel Plaza Shootout. Added to this is a new raid in the Cluckin’ Bell factory which, if successful before January 7, will allow all participants to collect great rewards:
- A bounty of 1,300,000 GTA$
- A bonus of 500,000 GTA$ for the team leader
- A bonus of 500,000 GTA$ for the partner or bodyguard
- Un pull Krampus
And because there is never too much, Rockstar is finally announcing double GTA$ in a certain number of challenges, such as biker cannabis sales missions or even Community Trials. In short, suffice to say that GTA Online knows how to close the year 2025 with a bang, before a year 2026 which, if all goes well, will finally see the highly anticipated GTA 6 take over from GTA 5.
