Prime Gaming has officially kicked off its January 2026 free games program with two new titles, including a real monument.
Like every month, Prime Gaming (or Amon today) will offer four waves of free games at a weekly interval throughout January 2026. While waiting for the next arrivals, two new titles to collect and keep are already available, including one from a prestigious PC license, despite a recent last episode which greatly disappointed its loyal fans. So let’s start with the first new free game from Prime Gaming which will launch the fastest, and which represents a genre that has been used to appearing among the service’s new features for a while: Reflections of Life: Dark Architect – Collector’s Editiondeveloped by GrandMA Studios, published by Big Fish Games and released in 2016. It is indeed a point and click hidden object adventure game. Throughout the game, players are tasked as Grace with finding a list of hidden objects in a particular scene and occasionally completing various mini-games/puzzles. This collector’s edition also includes an additional level and other bonuses to complete the experience. Sid Meier’s Civilization VI (GOG)
For the second new free game of the moment, Prime Gaming with a truly titanic title: Sid Meier’s Civilization VIdeveloped by Firaxis Games, published by 2K Games and released in 2016. This is therefore the sixth episode of one of the most renowned licenses in turn-based 4X. Combining city management and geopolitics, this episode invites you to take the leadership of a people whose establishment you must manage, then the expansion, for the development of your own. While the recently released Civilization VII greatly disappointed its audience, so it is possible to console yourself for free with the previous one which, despite its ten years, continues to be one of the best in its category.
