The two games offered on Prime Gaming are Sine Mora EX et Thief Gold. Sine Mora Ex is a horizontal shoot’em up which puts as much on its mechanics as on its atmosphere. Mixing science fiction, dark universe and narration with dystopian sauce, the game offers you to control vessels equipped with various weapons in spectacular levels. Its great originality? A time management system: Instead of simple lifestyle, your survival time depends on a stopwatch that must be constantly fed.
In its ex version, the game is enriched with additional features such as local cooperation mode, new challenges and visual improvements. With his soundtrack signed Akira Yamaka (composer of Silent Hill) and its demanding gameplay, Sine Mora ex will delight arcade action fans. A good pick on the gaming bonus.
Two different genres
Another genre, another era on Prime Gaming. Thief Gold, originally released in 1999, is an increased version of the cult Thief: The Dark Project. This infiltration game pioneer puts you in the shoes of Garrett, a cynical and talented thief who must sail in a Gothic city and steampunk. The game favors discretion, patience and observation, long before the great standards of infiltration were established. Not bad, for a game of this age?
The Gold Prime Gaming version includes three additional missions, gameplay adjustments, and technical improvements. Despite its age, Thief remains a monument of the genre, known for its freedom of approach and its immersive atmosphere. In fact, it is even considered by many as an essential in the history of video games in terms of gameplay. So, just out of curiosity, go for it! Everything is recovered via GOG.
