Between two official updates, Stardew Valley fans never hesitate to take matters into their own hands to transform the game with mods that appeal to the community.
Ten years after its release, the success of Stardew Valley do not weaken. Quite the contrary. While the game’s creator, Eric ‘ConcernedApe’ Barone, regularly continues to enhance his title with highly anticipated new features by the players, the community, for its part, does not hesitate to get involved. Just look at the number of mods available to this day, which can both enrich and transform the experience, to realize this. And in fact, one of the latest free mods for the game could well please Stardew Valley fans.
This mod turns Stardew Valley into a tropical paradise
Published on March 24, 2026 by Aimon111, “Gea Sea Shores – More Beach Areas” is described by its creator as a “small extension on the beach theme” whose objective is, as its name indicates, to add “new coastal maps” but also to propose “an overhaul of the original areas” from Stardew Valley. In addition to this, new events are also appearing, accompanied by a series of new quests and other new features which, visibly, “will arrive soon” if we are to believe the NexusMods page.
Starting today, Stardew Valley PC players can enjoy a series of new maps, offering a number of additional areas to explore. This ranges from the forest beach to the “Dance of Flowers” map, including the west coast which not only allows you to enjoy the view, but also to harvest all kinds of resources. And the good news is that players using Stardew Valley Expanded will also be able to benefit from it, since compatibility with it is supported by the mod.
Note, however, that this unofficial mod is still under development, and that problems may therefore arise in-game. In which case, updates are already planned, which should help correct the situation. Now all that remains is to wait for these to arrive, adding other new features to Stardew Valley along the way. Among them: an extension of the coast of Eastside Beach, a boat transport system along the coast of Pelican Town, or even personalized cave maps, all already announced.
