In full promotion for season 2 of The Last of Us, actress Isabela Merced gives us first indications on the potential start to shoot season 3.
During the night from Sunday to Monday, HBO broadcast “Feel Her Love”, the fifth episode of season 2 of The Last of Us. Continuing the adventures of Ellie and Dina through the streets of Seattle, he continues to adapt the first arc of The Last of Us Part II which, as we know, will be the subject of several seasons. And while we are already approaching the conclusion of this season 2, the last episode of which will be broadcast on May 25, a member of the casting evokes the shooting of the next season.
Isabela Merced evokes season 3 of The Last of Us
At the bend of an interview for Variety, Isabela Merced, who camps the role of Dina, revealed that the production of season 3 of The Last of Us had not yet started. She also specifies that it should not happen before next year at the earliest and that in this stage, she is not even sure that Craig Mazin, the director of the series, has a well -stopped idea of the way he wishes to approach things. “I don’t think he still knows how things will happen” she said in particular.
However, she does not fail to share her impatience at the idea of discovering the reaction of fans vis-à-vis the next two episodes of the series The Last of Us, in particular with regard to all the changes to her character. “I have already sent her texts with suggestions on how people will react at the end of season 2, and on how I think Dina – now that she has changed a lot from the game – would react to the events that occur” specifies Merced.
The series has not finished surprising us
Because if there is one thing that we can be certain of, it is that the players have not finished being surprised with this season 2 of The Last of Us. “I can’t wait to talk about episode 7, because it is for me a huge change in their relationship” assures the actress, before sharing her enthusiasm at the idea of discovering “What will happen when the truth is revealed”. And there is no doubt that Season 3formalized even before the broadcast of the first episode of season 2, will also bring its share of changes and unexpected elements. The wait may be long.
