Almost five months after its release, Avowed receives a new major update, here is what it brings to the last RPG of Obsidian Entertainment.
Avowed thus goes into a 1.5 version which follows the previous ones updates aimed at refining many elements of the title of Obsidian, most of them motivated by the returns of the community. In the meantime from the same studio The Outer Worlds 2 On October 24, 2025 or even more immediately the EARLY ACCESS from GROURDED 2 to come this July 29, here are more in detail the new changes to living land.
New major mutation for Avowed’s living land
First big game of 2025 from Xbox Games Studios, Avowed experienced a fairly mixed start. This despite a pretty artistic direction for living lands, a rather dynamic gameplay and a story that can be followed well, the whole thing lacked, however, and could be quite boring in the long term. Over the updates, Obsidian tried to correct the shooting, in particular by integrating features requested by the community.
This is again the case for the 1.5 update of Avowed, who intends to spice up the overall experience. This in particular thanks to New skills for the fighting classes and put awayin order to offer them more tools to use in fights. Speaking of tools, this new version of the last title of Obsidian also introduces Several new unique weapons mainly intended for the two classes that received new skills. Likewise, the fights gain overall in dynamism, the enemies can now use certain skills accessible to our avatar.
Who says major update says of course also bug corrective and performance improvements of all kinds. Finally, note that this version 1.5 of Avowed is also accompanied by good news: the title is now Check for the steam deck. This therefore means in principle full compatibility with the hybrid valve device and other equivalent machines such as the Rog Ally la Lenovo Legion Go.
