Reported by many users for several days, a bug present in Rainbow Six Siege X pushed Ubisoft to make a radical decision to correct the problem.
If Ubisoft has been going through a relatively complicated period for some time, there is however a title whose success does not weaken: Rainbow Six Siege. Indeed, ten years after its release, the tactical shooting game remains extremely acclaimed by the players, who are now particularly numerous to revel in the last update deployed last month. It must be said that this one, baptized Rainbow Six Siege Xmarked the start of a new era in the history of the game … which was not done without a little breakage.
Ubisoft retire Castle de Rainbow Six Siege X
Since the launch of Rainbow Six Siege X, which has been accompanied by many new features for the occasion, it appears that some players have detected a flaw in the use of Castle capacities, one of the operators. Result: it regularly happens that abuses take place, some of these players do not hesitate to exploit the problem to put an end to the matches, which thus harms the experience of others without having any penalty. This is why Ubisoft made a radical decision… by removing Castle from available operators.
“We are aware of a bug allowing to put an end to a match in progress using Castle, and a fix is being prepared to remedy it” Consequently announced Ubisoft on the X Rainbow Six Siege X account. “In the meantime, we will deactivate the selection of Castle in the classified, not classified parts and Cup seat. [L’opérateur] will be restored in these playlists when the correction is put in place “.
Unfortunately, Ubisoft did not specify how long the deployment of this future patch could take. In the immediate future, all those used to play Castle will therefore have to take their pain in patience while waiting for the character’s return. That said, it may also be an ideal opportunity to test one of the many other operators of Rainbow Six Siege X, which has seen its casting expand over the years. Because even if the situation is nonetheless frustrating, shaking up its habits a little can sometimes have good.
