The gameplay presented this evening gave us an idea of the atmosphere, heavy, creepy and anxiety -provoking as possible. We saw it during our preview and we were not disappointed tonight. It’s beautiful, it’s gloomy and it seems really terrifying. The creature briefly seen gave goosebumps anyway. The developers said they wanted to fear one of the pillars of this completely solo new adventure.
Bad news for fans, unless …
The studio, however, broke the dreams of many fans. The developers returned to the key character of Grace, described as introverted and easily frightened. She is the heroine of this new part. They then mentioned the idea of making Leon a central character in history, and that’s where falls The bad news: no, Leon will not be the main character of Resident Evil 9 Requiem. They quickly put this idea aside explaining that it is difficult to make a scary game with a veteran like him who is not the type to be afraid for nothing.
