On the occasion of the release of the game on PC, Stellar Blade received a new update including a series of unpublished and entirely free content for PS5 players.
After making the heyday of the PS5 in 2024, Stellar Blade made his comeback on PC on June 11, where he was entitled to a high quality port. Currently displaying “very positive” notes on Steam, where he already culminates more than 15,500 user assessments, the Shift Up game thus confirms his success with a new community of players, which are many to fall in love with the adventures of Eve (and not only …). However, the studio does not forget the PS5 players either.
Free content for Stellar Blade on PS5
Indeed, on the occasion of the release of the game on PC, the PS5 version of Stellar Blade was also updated to accommodate a series of fixes and free content. Here is the full notes patch of the latter, which then brings the title into its version 1.011:
- Boss challenge: Mann was added.
- Available after the first part. Beat Mann to get a new outfit for Eve.
- New cosmetics can be obtained during the game:
- 25 new outfits for Eve.
- 9 new accessories for Eve.
- Stellar Blade’s digital artbook is available after completing the first part.
- The photo mode has been improved and new features have been added:
- 3 new facial expressions for Eve.
- 4 new poses for Eve and Lily.
- A pre-regulating backup function has been added.
- Up to 6 lights can now be used.
- Three new BGM pieces, “Lullaby of Secret”, “Just Fine” and “Blur”, have been added to the plate and can be listened to at the camp.
- Labial synchronization for the Chinese version is now supported.
- Japanese dubbing can now be chosen in all regions for Stellar Blade.
- The key mapping functionality was added for the DualSense controller.
- A fall prevention function has been added to improve the platform experience (it can be activated/deactivated in options).
- Different bugs have been corrected.
A suite is in preparation
This could give some players to relaunch themselves in the Stellar Blade adventure on PS5. As usual, the update should automatically start upon your arrival on the console menu. Otherwise, you can still manually install it. Finally, let’s take advantage of it to recall thatA suite is currently in preparation At Shift Up, and that its exit could occur much faster than you imagine. Because if we believe the schedule shared by the studio last month, it should arrive by 2027 at the latest.
