The Sims 4 has recently received a new update, but it unfortunately does not provide a solution to the recent most urgent problem of the game.
While on one side The Sims 4 received a little magic via the extension Enchanted natureon the other, it is rather the nightmare for the Simmers community, with bogs in mess, including a particularly urgent to correct. Unfortunately, even if the update that interests us resolves part of these recent problems, this is not the case crazy of them. Let’s see it in more detail.
A rustine that does not cover all recent problems on the Sims 4
Since its latest major update, the Sims 4 has been returned to a turbulence cycle with many new introduced bugs. The community is unfortunately used to its inconveniences, and has yet made it known. Thus, Maxis and Electronic Arts try to calm the game as much as possible with a new hotfix, of which here are the detailed notes:
- It is now possible to move expired objects from the inventories of objects and sims to the trash or the sink.
- The whiteboard “Share is to love” can be placed again!
- Garden dwarfs no longer wiggle, no longer jump or no longer constantly have after being placed from the construction mode in the Sims 4.
- The plants keep their names and information when placed land with garden plants in the gallery.
- Foyer members with a personalized painting and placed via managing homes no longer lose their texture when you change your hearth. This includes cats, dogs, horses, werewolves, fairies and normal sims.
- Garden dwarf seeds can now be placed in the inventory of your SIM thanks to the interaction “Put in the inventory”.
- We corrected the stability problems that appeared during a previous update on the 4 consoles. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
A big urgent problem still not corrected
However, you will notice that this hotfix for Sims 4 does not mention the biggest problem reported by the community, relating to the pregnancy Characters. Maxis and Electronic Arts promise to actively work on the subject. In the meantime, it will therefore be necessary to deal with the fact that certain sims cannot trigger pregnancy, or that others are displayed as pregnant when such is not the case, or go through a mod already unofficially corrects the problem. For the time being, the studio recommends as a temporary solution to restore backups the Sims 4 prior to the latest version of the game, following the following approach.
